A little about my journey with Kambo...

I had no idea how much drag was weighing me down daily. How much concentrated gunk was sitting on my consciousness, keeping me from my true self?

I felt “fine,” I felt “healthy,” but really I was struggling with insecurities, chronic fatigue, bouts of depression, and a feeling of deep uneasiness in my body. A sense of hopelessness had sat in my heart for so long that it became a part of who I was.

I told myself that was just getting older, and it was the compounding trauma that we all go through; it was the normal weight of life.

If only I had known..

I had no idea how good I could feel because I had never experienced that before.
